Tape-in Extension
Service Description
CONSULTATION MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE SCHEDULING THIS SERVICE! This service includes shampoo, scalp treatment, complementary deep conditioning & trim. Tape-in extensions are 1-2 inch sections of hair that are pre-taped with medical-grade glue to your natural hair. Price listed does not include hair extensions. At least 3 bundles of tape-ins are installed based upon your head size, your natural hair length, density, the desired fullness & length of the extensions selected. Tape ins last 8 to 12 weeks depending on your lifestyle and maintenance. You will need enough hair to cover your extensions and also be able to create the style you would like to wear with extensions. Please keep in mind that while we can make your hair LOOK good in the salon you will need to make sure you can also style your hair at home.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Scheduling & Deposits To guarantee your appointment and allow us to prepare for your visit, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. KNOTLESS BRAIDS MONDAYS ONLY 7am, 8am,9am START TIME Deposit Details: The deposit amount will vary depending on the type of service requested. Rescheduling & Deposits: Deposits can only be transferred to rescheduled appointments within the same month. If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the original month, you will be required to pay an additional deposit to book a new date. Consultation Requirements: If you are booking for a color service or a luxury hair extension application (excluding bonding or sew-in styles), a consultation must be scheduled prior to setting your appointment. This allows stylist to assess your hair goals, evaluate the feasibility of the desired style, and ensure expectations align. Please note: If you do not schedule your consultation before attempting to book, your appointment will be canceled. We highly value your time and your trust in our expertise, and these steps ensure that you receive the best care and the most seamless service experience possible. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Life happens, and we understand that schedules can shift. However, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy to maintain fairness and timeliness for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least a 72 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment online or contact our team directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com to make these changes. Failure to Provide Timely Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in additional fees. If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be banned from booking. Same-day cancellations will incur a $30 fee. 3. Late Arrival Policy Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the following: Rescheduling your appointment (to avoid affecting other client services). A $25 late fee added to your service total. A reduction in the time allocated for your service to maintain the schedule for other clients. 4. Payment: Remainder balance due in, cash, tap pay (debit/credit) or zelle We ask that you respect this policy to ensure all appointments run smoothly.
