Service Description

At the consultation a detailed hair analysis will be performed and maintenance plan. We will discuss any hair issues or concerns you may have, and answer any questions. We will also schedule your Starter Loc appointment along with your first (1) Wash & Re-twist appointments; giving you your first 2 months booked in advance. Be ready to pay deposits for the services at the time of consultation. If you wish not to book at time of consult, you will need to schedule a new consultation appointment before your starter loc appointment.


Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling & Deposits To guarantee your appointment and allow us to prepare for your visit, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. Rescheduling & Deposits: Deposits can only be transferred to rescheduled appointments within the same month. If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the original month, you will be required to pay an additional deposit to book a new date. Consultation Requirements: If you are booking for a color service or a luxury hair extension application (excluding bonding or sew-in styles), a consultation must be scheduled prior to setting your appointment. This allows stylist to assess your hair goals, evaluate the feasibility of the desired style, and ensure expectations align. Please note: If you do not schedule your consultation before attempting to book, your appointment will be canceled. We highly value your time and your trust in our expertise, and these steps ensure that you receive the best care and the most seamless service experience possible. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Life happens, and we understand that schedules can shift. However, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy to maintain fairness and timeliness for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least a 72 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment online or contact our team directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com to make these changes. Failure to Provide Timely Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in additional fees. If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be banned from booking. 3. Late Arrival Policy Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the following: Rescheduling your appointment A $25 late fee added to your service total. A reduction in the time allocated for your service to maintain the schedule for other clients. 4. Payment: Remainder balance due in, cash, tap pay (debit/credit) or zelle We ask that you respect this policy to ensure all appointments run smoothly.
