POLICY

1. Appointment Scheduling & Deposits

  • To guarantee your appointment and allow time to prepare for your visit, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.

  • IF YOU ARE SICK STAY HOME! RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT 

  • Squeeze-In Appointments $50 fee

  • Appointment outside of business hours $100 fee

  • KNOTLESS BRAIDS MONDAYS ONLY 7am-8am START TIME

  • Deposit Details:

    • Deposit is 50% of the service total. The amount will vary depending on the type of service requested. 

  • Rescheduling & Deposits:

    • Deposits can only be transferred once (1) to reschedule appointments within the same month ONLY.

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the original month, you will be required to pay an additional deposit to book a new date.

  • Consultation Requirements:

    • If you are wanting a color service or luxury hair extension application, a consultation must be scheduled prior to setting your appointment. This allows the stylist to assess your hair goals, evaluate the feasibility of the desired style, and ensure expectations align.

    • Please note:

      • During the consultation, be prepared to pay a deposit, which includes the cost of hair and service. 
      • If you do not schedule your consultation before attempting to book, your appointment will be canceled 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: 

  • Life happens, and we understand that schedules can shift. However, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy to maintain fairness and timeliness for all clients.

  • Please provide at least a 72 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment online or contact directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com to make these changes.

  • Failure to Provide Timely Notice:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a $25 additional fee.

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be banned from booking.

3. Late Arrival Policy

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the following: 

    • Rescheduling your appointment (to avoid affecting other client services).

    • A $25 late fee added to your service total.

    • A reduction in the time allocated for your service to maintain the schedule for other clients. 

4. Payment: Remainder balance due in, exact cash, tap pay (debit/credit) or zelle
We ask that you respect this policy to ensure all appointments run smoothly.
